HR Performance Manager

Are you experienced in dealing with complex HR matters? Are you looking for an exciting new project to work on in Edinburgh?

ASA is currently looking for an experienced HR Performance Manager to join our public sector client’s Organisational Development and Operations department on a 4 month temporary contract in Edinburgh City Centre.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the management of the business and improve performance and productivity of the team.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and support the team’s attendance and performance
· Support the management of the business
· Improve the performance and productivity of the team
· Deal with complex HR enquiries
Requirements:

· A background in dealing with complex HR matters
· Experienced in managing expectations and performance and attendance management
· The ability to work to tight deadlines
· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to motivate people to produce their best work
· Basic Disclosure Certificate
