ASA Recruitment are currently working with a large scale client located in Glasgow City Centre who is looking for someone to support a range of recruitment tasks from advertising to on boarding new starts.

HR Officer Role Duties:
· Approving job descriptions and advertisements.
· Monitoring staff performance and attendance
· Recruiting, training and developing staff
· Respond to general HR queries from employees, managers and wider HR teams.
· Provide administrative support for the full Recruitment cycle, including referencing and on -boarding

HR Officer Role requirements:
· Previous experience working in a busy HR or Recruitment office.
· Attention to detail.
· Knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation.
· Strong communication skills.
· Able to prioritising workload and meet deadlines.
