HR Business Partner

Description

Our client is looking for an HR Manager who is an expert in Reward and Equality to work within the HR team on a fixed term contract for 18 months.

The role is based in Dalkeith and you will be assisting the current HR Manager ensuring the Reward & Quality day to day function runs smoothly whilst they undertake a significant project.

You will be required to lead and develop HR reward and equality in order to drive and embed the HR strategy. This is a broad reward role and covers all aspect of reward and equality and as HR Manager in Reward & Equality you will have significant experience of working within a HR reward, compensation and benefits role in a unionised environment. You will also have demonstrable experience of job evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of payment infrastructures for corporate environments such as the Scottish Government.

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to degree level (SCQF Level 9) or possess equivalent relevant experience with a professional HR qualification such as F/MCIPD or postgraduate diploma in HRM

In return for your expertise and talent you will have a salary starting from £41,148 per year and a fantastic benefits package.
