ASA Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for Home Support Workers in Renfrewshire to provide care to elderly individuals in their own homes. We are looking to recruit individuals with a caring nature who have a positive outlook to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Your main duties as a Home Support Worker:
– To develop warm and trusting relationships with the clients to encourage them to express their needs, views and concerns.
– To respect the client’s right to privacy and ensure that their dignity is maintained at all times.
– To assist the client with general activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation and light domestic tasks.
– To ensure that accurate records of client’s care plans are kept up-to date.

Key requirements:
– Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
– You will be an approachable and passionate about helping the elderly who need extra support in their own homes.
– You must either be a member of the PVG Scheme and or be willing register with disclosure with ASA in order to complete background checks.
