As Head Chef you will be required to:
· Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment
· Experience working in a high volume kitchen
· Display leadership skills and maintain the already high standards of the resort and its restaurants
· Manage the kitchen team and create weekly rotas
· Adhere to Health and Safety standards and regulations and maintain food hygiene standards
