ASA Recruitment are delighted to be working in association with one of the UK’s most exciting up and coming Financial Planners, who currently hold 9 sites across the UK and growing. There is a current requirement in their Central London branch for 2 experienced Financial Planners with the opportunity to become partners within 24 months. The company has a unique partner mentoring scheme which has resulted in the average Planner achieving circa £150K gross commission by year two. Key Responsibilities:

• To build new client relationships and maintain and develop existing client relationships through effective ongoing business development and analysing of their financial needs.
• To achieve the required numbers in meeting activity.
• To achieve and maintain professional competence in line with FCA guidelines.
• To achieve the requisite level of qualifications in order to remain chartered.
• To strive for no complaints and where they are received ensure they are brought to a satisfactory resolution.
• To ensure clients have the right asset allocation to achieve their financial objectives.
• To ensure all client portfolios are reviewed at least annually.
• To work in partnership with Investment Management colleagues to develop client relationships.
• Act in all times in line with the company’s values.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma Level 4 (DipPFS) ideally Chartered status.
• Proven ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understanding and communicate advice practices and processes clearly and effectively.
• Maintain excellent Technical/product knowledge.
