Description

Do you have experience in the management of Employee Reward or Employee Relations? Are you looking for your next exciting contract in Edinburgh?

We are looking for an HR Employee Relations and Reward Manager for a high profile, public sector organisation for up to 6 months initially.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, monitor and develop HR policies
  • Consult with Trade Union Partners
  • Ensure on-going compliance with employment legislation
  • Prepare and plan for general and specific reward and engagement interventions
  • Provide advice and support to users to ensure consistency of Employment Relations and Rewards HR Policies

Requirements:

  • Experience of designing and developing various HR products such as policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of managing Employee Rewards or Employee Relations
  • Chartered CIPD Member or actively working towards this
  • A Basic Disclosure Certificate
