Digital Learning Officer

Are you an experienced Digital Learning professional looking for your next contract in central Edinburgh?

We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Education and Learning unit of a well-known public sector organisation to support and shape digital learning within the organisation.

You will implement and support digital learning systems and solutions for the Education and learning team along with the organisation’s employees and learners.

Responsibilities:

· Manage incoming enquiries and provide guidance to learners and managers
· Oversee learning analytics and monthly completion reporting
· Support various stakeholders with course management, creation and content management
· Identify and support the implementation and use of technology enhanced learning tools
· Administer the in house Totara based learning management system

Requirements:

· Experience in a VLE/LMS Digital Education or Technology Enhanced learning role
· A good understanding of Moodle & Totara administrative functions e.g. Seminar
· Familiarity with Articulate and/or other content authoring tools
· The ability to analyse data
· Excellent communication skills
· A Standard Disclosure Certificate
