ASA Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Care Advisor to work a temporary contract within the public sector playing a major role in one of the largest events in Glasgow’s history

In this role you will be expected to manage inbound customer enquiries, compliments and complaints.

In this role you will be responsible for:
· Managing calls, emails and social media enquiries from members of the public and local businesses
· Applying escalation procedures where necessary
· Identify potential and actual issues for mitigation or identify service failures for appropriate action before the problem escalates
· Liaise with functional areas and work streams to get enquiries resolved in agreed timescales.
· Gathering and coordinating responses to complex enquiries that involved several functional areas

To be successful in this role you will need:
· Customer service experience
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
· Confidence in dealing with the public
· Experience handling complaints
· Excellent social media skills
