Cleaning Operative

ASA Recruitment is looking for Cleaning Operatives to provide domestic support to our Public Sector clients in and around Glasgow.

The ideal candidate should be able to work well on their own initiative or equally well as part of a team, you will have great attention to detail and possess a professional attitude. We currently hold vacancies for Cleaning Operatives in care homes and day centres in Drumchapel, Govan, Newlands, Shawlands and other areas within Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities;

• Ensure that communal areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
• Responsible for ensuring the correct colour coding cleaning systems are carried out
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously

Requirements;

• A minimum of 6 months experience working in a similar role
• Must have or be willing to apply for a PVG
• Experience working with industrial vacuum machines
