Cleaning Operative

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for cleaning operatives in Glasgow and surrounding areas on behalf of our prestigious client.

You will work on an individual basis and also as part of a team to accommodate cleaning across a range of care homes and day centres.

What will your role as a cleaning operative look like?
· Routine tasks in main areas; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and sanitising.
· Working with Industrial machines such as buffing machines and carpet shampooer’s.
· Promoting health and safety whilst preventing infection in hazardous scenarios.
· Working towards schedules and timescales.

What essential criteria are we looking for an individual to meet?
· You will hold 6 months of cleaning experience within the UK.
· You will have experience working with a variety of cleaning equipment (e.g – Buffing Machines).
· You will have knowledge of cleaning methods including COSHH standards and colour coding.
