Class 2 Drivers

Description

Class 2 Drivers are required for the Easter Ross area. ASA Recruitment are currently looking for professional drivers to operate refuse/recycling vehicles on designated routes.

Your new role will be to carry out all duties involved with refuse collection, bulky uplifts and other driving jobs.

Main Duties:

• To drive vehicles, transportation of waste and deposition at the appropriate facility
• Working as a loader may be required from time to time
• Managing all legal requirements and daily briefs
• Post tip inspections
• Acting as the responsible person on a crew

Essential Requirements:

• Valid clean class 2 license (Category C) and Digital Tachograph Card
• Awareness of road transport regulations
• Manual handling
• Health and safety awareness relating to the operation of a vehicle
• Ability to be an effective communicator
