ASA Recruitment are looking to speak to Chefs with a passion and determination to succeed in a permanent role located on a beautiful central island at a popular and successful holiday resort.

In this role you will be required to;
· Take charge of one area of the kitchen, preparing dishes as delegated by Sous Chef
· Utilise your passion for cooking high quality dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients
· Provide and maintain the high standard of food presentation in this premier resort
· Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining the smooth running of kitchen operations
