Chef’s key skills:-

· Supervise the running of the daily kitchen routine
· Recording of temps controls
· Liaise with the kitchen management team
· Fridge management and labeling
· Ability to mentor staff to become their best
· Preparation for daily service
· General kitchen duties

To be considered for this role as a Chef you will require: –

· Supervisory experience
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Food safety certificate
· Allergens certificate (preferred)
· Experience of working in high-volume establishments
· Have an eye for detail
