Description

ASA are looking to recruit chefs that who desire to deliver the very best food quality and service and would like to commit themselves to this role at an established Edinburgh care home.

You will have to be able to use the online system to place orders, have a good understanding about the nutritional value of certain recipes and prepare and present menu items. Be able to manage the health and safety and food hygiene of the kitchen at all times.

The salary would be between £10per hour and you would receive weekly pay along with holiday accrual.

The main things you will have to able to do is work in a fast paced environment and have good communication skills with other workers and residents in the area that you will be working in.

You will need to have an allergens certificate and a food hygiene certificate and have an adult PVG or willing to join the scheme, have two references and have good experience being a chef within busy, quality establishments.
