ASA Recruitment currently have lots of fantastic opportunities for cooks within West Lothian to work with some of West Lothians lovely elderly residents within its care homes. This is a fantastic chance to grow your skills and cater to very specific needs.

The job role:
· Preparing meals for the elderly residents, staff and visitors.
· Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety.
· Having a good understanding of the specific dietary needs of the residents.
· Keeping stock levels up and ordering anything necessary.
· Using all equipment safely.

· You will start on a competitive salary of £10.50/hour rising to £10.78/hour after 12 weeks of work.
· Be in control of your time, you will be able to pick and choose when you want to work through our staff portal.
· You will accrue holiday days while you work meaning the more you work the more holidays you will build up.
· ASA consultants are in the office able to help you with any questions you may have.

Requirements:
· An adult pvg is necessary.
· Able to organise and communicate efficiently.
