Description

ASA Recruitment are currently looking for talented, experienced and well trained Chefs to fulfil short term roles within Edinburgh.

We are looking for food passionate Chefs with restaurant, hotel and event catering experience.
We require Chefs of all levels with whites and knife’s at the ready and who can hit the ground running with our clients.

All applicants should have:
– At least 6 months UK experience in a similar role.
– Experience working with fresh food produce and menu structuring.
– A good, calm work ethic, with clean and tidy presentation and work in a clean as you go manner.
– Flexibility towards work and preferably your own transport although not essential.
– A good knowledge of HACCP and COSHH practices.
– Food hygiene and allergen certificates essential.
