ASA Recruitment are looking for excellent Chefs for roles in care homes, schools & other similar establishments. We have full time and part time roles available around Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire.

Duties to Include:

• Preparing and cooking delicious and nutritious meals for service users.
• Ensuring service users specific dietary requirements are catered for.
• Following the planned meal schedule of the unit you’re working in.
• Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness.

Our Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months experience working as a Chef in the UK.
• Minimum of 2 work references from a similar role.
• PVG membership required – Cost to join the PVG scheme (£59) or update existing records (£18).
• Must have certificates for food hygiene and allergen awareness.
• An excellent working knowledge of Food Standards including safe food temperatures.
• Driving license is preferred but not essential.
