Catering Assistant

ASA Recruitment are now seeking for Catering Assistants to assist clients based throughout the West Lothian Area. Different facilities in cities like Livingston, Bathgate, Linlithgow and Falkirk would highly benefit from reliable Kitchen Assistants.

A part of the ASA Catering team your responsibilities would be:

– Demonstrate a good knowledge of food hygiene practices at all times.
– Support the chef with meal preparation tasks and the kitchen team loading and unloading the dishwasher.
– Make sure appliances, surfaces, floors and walls are clean. And help serving meals when needed.

You eligibility to perform a Kitchen Assistant role will depend on:

– Proving a minimum of 6 months experience on a similar role.
– Providing two business references relevant to the role.
– Certificates for qualifications or relevant training you have completed i.e. Food Hygiene Certificate, Allergen Certificate.
