Caretaker

Description

ASA Recruitment are currently looking for a number of Caretakers for various roles throughout East Lothian. We are looking for applicants to start immediately with workloads increasing throughout August until at least the end of the year.

As an experienced Caretaker working with ASA Recruitment you will be expected to:

* Undertake repairs and report issues which require specialist attention.
* Carryout all janitorial duties.
* Maintain and replenish stock.
* Carry out building checks to ensure a safe and secure environment.
* Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and cleanliness is maintained .

Successful Caretaker candidates based in East Lothian should have:

· Experience within a janitorial or caretaking role as this is essential.
· Ability to work on their own initiative.
· Practical skills in identifying and or carrying out standard repairs.
· Good communication skills allowing you to provide great customer service.
· Working knowledge of health and safety.
