ASA have an opportunity for Care Assistants to join our team in Fraserburgh to work with some of our well known clients. We are looking for committed and reliable applicants who are ready to get stuck in. We have all seen how tough it can be working in healthcare over recent times, however Care Assistants are an integral part of any care team and are the heroes we need every day. It can be extremely rewarding knowing your work really does make a difference. We can offer pay rate of £10.90 to £15.98 for this position.

What are some Care Assistant duties?

• Delivering varying levels of care relevant to each individuals requirements
• Understanding needs of each individual and being able to adapt accordingly
• Supporting with daily activities inclusive of personal care and maintaining hygiene
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families
• Encouraging independence as much as possibly in daily routines
• Communicating efficiently with staff and other healthcare professionals

What do I need to apply?

• At least 6 months experience working in care in the UK
• Willingness to apply for or update a current PVG
• Willingness to register with SSSC within 6 months of employment
• 2 references for previous work
