Care assistants urgently required Fife

We are looking for skilled and motivated staff who are dedicated in giving attention to detail in all aspects of care.
Our clients need approachable, considerate people to work within our Fife care homes, to offer care and support to older people and those who may be living with dementia.

Responsible for
. To actively support other care workers
. Adhere to company policy and procedures at all times
. Assisting with personal care, including skin care, bathing, shaving, oral care, toileting (including management of bladder and bowels), dressing and hair care.
. Ensure residents enjoy a high quality of care promoting independence

Person Specification
. Ability to engage with residents
. Able to work as part of a team
. Svq2 desirable but not essential
. Must have 6 months experience within the care sector
. Be kind, caring and compassionate
