We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants ready to improve the lives of vulnerable people in local authority care homes throughout Fife and the surrounding areas including Dunfermline, Lochgelly, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes and Leven. Positions would suit both drivers and non-drivers.

Our Care Assistant’s responsibilities are varied and include:

• Attending to all aspects of residents care needs including physical, emotional and spiritual needs
• Ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality
• Support and encourage people to make their own choices and decisions
• Actively promoting a high standard of care practice in accordance with National Care Standards

We are looking for experienced Care Assistants who have:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Care Assistant
• Existing PVG member, update required at a cost to yourself
• SSSC registration or 6 months to register from date of employment
