Key Responsibilities:
– Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
– Supporting clients with mobility and transportation needs, both within their homes and in the community
– Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship
– Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any concerns or changes in client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided
– Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
