ASA Recruitment are actively recruiting now for Care Assistants to work within various care homes around the beautiful town of Falkirk.

Working with ASA, you will provide a vital role in ensuring the well-being of some of the most vulnerable residents within residential care homes to make a real difference every day.

What your role as a Care Assistant will look like:

– Assisting with all aspects of personal care including personal hygiene.
– Engaging with their daily activities.
– Mobility assistance when and where required.
– Observing any changes in the resident’s health and well being and reporting any changes to the most appropriate member of staff.

Job requirements:

– 6 months previous care experience with the ability to provide referees to support this.
– Experience in moving and handling.
– You will be a member of the PVG Scheme and willing to under-go all relevant background checks.
– Excellent communication skills to enable you to work well within a team as well as independently.
