The role of Assistant Front Office Manager is a challenging yet rewarding one with first class training and development included. Duties for this role include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, standards and expectations are met on a daily basis
  • Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and support progress toward Guest Service and Front Desk goals
  • Communicates critical information to the Front Office staff
  • Handles guest problems and complaints effectively
