Assistant Architectural Drawing Technician

Description

We are seeking an Assistant Architectural Drawing Technician to assist senior architectural staff for a period of 24 months based in Dalkeith. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Duties include:

· Drawing work in Revit as directed by senior architectural staff members all as approved by the Capital Contracts Manager
· Projects will be varied and reflect the above – largely educational and will be a variety of new builds/extensions and refurbishments varying from £10k to £multimillion projects

Essential:

· Proven qualifications and/or training and competency in Revit and construction design
· Ability to complete construction drawings and detailing for construction design
· Ability to keep a good audit trail and be able to report to/work with the line management and other designated staff
· Proficiency in Autocad/Revit essential
