Apprenticeships Manager

Description

ASA Recruitment’s client is seeking an Apprenticeships Manager who will be responsible for the introduction of Apprenticeships into the organisation within the Public Sector. This will be an initial 12 Month contract working from home.

Responsibilities:
· Design the strategy to introduce Apprenticeships, on a 3 tier system, to a range of Business Units within the organisation
· Implement and further develop the ongoing delivery of the infrastructure to provide Apprenticeship programmes across the organisation
· Create a positive social impact with a particular focus on young people from disadvantaged backgrounds
· Build engagement opportunities with these groups, as well as supporting successful candidates to transition into the workplace and fulfil their potential

Essential Skills:
· Experience of designing and establishing frameworks and infrastructure to deliver Apprenticeship programmes across an organisation
· Ability to initiate and develop positive relationships with a diverse range of people both within and out-with the organisation
· Experience of organisational development and people nature Project delivery
· Experience of supporting and developing others
· Ability to create and implement logical and systematic processes to manage time and resources to achieve goals and objectives
· Analyse and interpret situations from a variety of viewpoints to find solutions and make decisions which are defensible, evidence-based, take account of risks, and are appropriate and timely
