Are you an Agile Coach looking to take on a contract opportunity within a prestigious large scale project in the public sector?

ASA are looking for a Business Analyst to join the public sector in Glasgow. This contract opportunity would be perfect for an individual looking to work on a new national programme from inception through to implementation.

This is a contract position that falls outside of IR35

The Agile Coach role:

 Take the lead on teaching, coaching and embedding Agile culture, methodology and working environments for the client

 Deal with a huge range of stakeholders and Educate staff at all levels, including senior managers, and at times work with clients and suppliers on the application of Agile

 Delivery of both classroom learning and one on one bespoke education sessions.

 Understand current stock training methods and work to convert existing lessons to real practical skills

 Provide staff with constant guidance on Agile methodology

Successful candidates for the Agile Coach role will require:

– A proven track record of agile coaching at all levels within large organisations

– Extensive delivery experience of a range of agile methodologies including Scrum with a strong ability to adopt and adapt new methodology

– A strong communicator that can partner with other teams to develop a strong framework of connections and stakeholders through training facilitation.

– Working knowledge of Agile tools including, but not limited to, Jira, Confluence and Trello

– Public sector experience of client and stakeholder management would be a big advantage
