Are you an experienced Administrator looking for temporary position with an immediate start? Well look no further!

Your new role

You will provide effective administrative support to the marketing and recruitment activity of the client.

The Administrative Support Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Administrative support in line with agreed policies and procedures
  • First point of contact for customers to provide advice and guidance
  • Prepare documents, using a standard format and template

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Articulate effectively with attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
  • Basic understanding of management reporting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • This is a remote position and you will be required to provide your own laptop and have an efficient wifi connection
