Description

Our well known public sector client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide admin support to the Programme Management Office. This role is a short term contract based in central Edinburgh.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist colleagues with essential day-to-day business processes
  • Enable the work of the Service Excellence Programme to be achieved in an efficient manner
  • Deal with admin tasks including answering enquires, maintaining mailing lists and updating excel and SharePoint files
  • Assist the Leadership team with room bookings for a variety of meetings

Requirements:

  • Secretarial and/or administration experience in a fast paced office environment
  • Experience of maintaining electronic files whilst adhering to GDPR
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a busy working environment
