Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant in a dynamic Scottish accountancy firm based west of Glasgow city centre. Our client are looking for an Accounts Assistant who has worked in a fast paced accountancy office. The role offers a competitive salary with flexible hours for the right candidate.

The responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant are:

§ Preparing accounts for a multitude of clients across various industry sectors
§ Preparing VAT returns
§ Preparing personal tax returns
§ General bookkeeping for clients
§ Additional accounting duties

To be considered for the role you will:

§ Have experience working in an accounting practice
§ Experience with Sage 50 and Quickbooks preferred
§ A keen eye for detail
§ A self-motivated attitude
