- We cover sickness, absenteeism, holidays and any increases in business
- We provide staff for the length of time that suits you – from a four hour shift to a permanent contract
- We have office cover Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm. Outside these hours you can contact your Account Manager on the designated out of hours number
- Access to our 24/7 online portal, eCruit, to lodge shift requirements, check staffing levels, billings and budgets

Clients
We have longstanding relationships with our Health and Social Care Clients and prefer to come and visit you to understand your needs. We can provide you with a broad range of services to support you, allowing you to focus on the management of your organisation:
- We cover sickness, absenteeism, holidays and any increases in business

To give you confidence in our service we complete comprehensive screening and checks at ASA, all our Health and Social Care workers;
- Have 6 months UK experience
- Have eligibility to work in the UK
- Have 2 references
- Hold current PVG and SSSC
- Complete hands on training
Our 2 highly experienced trainers teach a wide range of courses including; Moving and Handling, Medication Awareness, Challenging Behaviour, Dementia Training, Personal Hygiene, Personal Safety, Food Hygiene, Epilepsy and Adult Support Protection to name but a few.
We also provide all our Health and Social Care workers with an Induction Pack covering policy, guidelines, procedures and codes of practice. From Infection Control Guidelines to Restraint Guidance and Incident Reporting Process.
Candidates
