About the Client:
ASA are working with a local restaurant in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire and are recruiting for a relief chef to join the team. Situated just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, this client can be easily accessible by public transport and plenty parking can be found in the town centre.

Your Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef to make the next move in their career and try something new. The restaurant has a mixed menu available throughout the day and regularly hosts themed menu nights.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, knowledgeable and a great team player. They will be confident to produce dishes to a high standard while following menus and potentially contributing new, fresh ideas to develop.

Responsibilities Include:
· Preparation for service in an efficient timely manner.
· Working with the rest of the kitchen team and giving guidance and support where necessary.
· Monitoring of fridge and freezer temperatures.
· Correct labelling and storing of all food items.
· Producing dishes to a high standard that match the menu specifications.

Requirements:
You will require food hygiene and allergens certificates. You must be confident enough to join a kitchen and be able to hit the ground running with service.
