Description

Our client is looking for a Testing & Commissioning Programme Administrator to join their team. Vacancy is based in the FK9 area of Stirling.

Role description:

Provide general administrative support to the Testing & Commissioning Team.

Role duties:

· Maintain Testing & Commissioning SharePoint site.
· Maintain all Testing & Commissioning documents, upload documents, keep trackers and databases up to date.
· Arrange meetings, send out relevant documents.
· Attend Testing & Commissioning meetings.
· Minute taking.

Essential skills/experience/qualifications:

· Experience of working in and administrative support function.
· Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
· Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
