Healthcare Support Worker

We at ASA are looking to recruit experienced and passionate support workers throughout Dunfermline and surrounding areas. We have day shifts and night shifts available within this role.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent attitude towards work and really thrive on making a difference to someone’s life. You must be a great team player and have a good understanding of what is required of you to ensure the highest standard of care is being delivered at all times. Good communication skills are essential.

The role will include:
Working with vulnerable adults, adults with learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviours. You will be required to assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meals, very light house work and provide emotional support as well as supporting the service user to access the community.
