Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge?

ASA Recruitment are currently looking to speak with ATS Project Managers to join a project that will be implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support the ever growing recruitment team and to drive the improvement of the applicants experience during the process.

As the Project Manager you manage the full life cycle of the project, from discovery through to implementation, while ensuring its overall alignment to the overall HR Transformation Programme and the new Target Operating Model. The hiring organisation currently have a legacy ATS system which lacks the functionality required to manage the increasing demands for recruitment in the Public Sector.

Essential Requirements include:
· Strong experience as a Project Manager in an HR environment ideally including experience managing recruitment or onboarding projects
· Experience in agile and waterfall able project principles, including proportionate project management (PPM) that supports delivery through effective techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
· A confident leader with strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build strong and effective relationships that support collaborative working and development/delivery of shared outcomes
· Sound business case development skills and good understanding of the procurement process including engagement/negotiation with third parties
· Ability to solve and pre-empt problems or issues that could impact the project delivery or the realisation of benefits, through reactive work with strategic planning
· Ability to assess appropriate connections and interdependencies across projects
· The postholder must hold a current Basic Disclosure
