Employment Law Mock Tribunal
The prospect of a Tribunal can be daunting. This seminar is designed to give you an idea of what to expect and how to overcome any difficulties.
In our seminar, Jacqueline McCluskey and Robert King, employment law partners in HBJ Gateley Wareing solicitors, will guide you through the process of a Tribunal. Set in a courtroom style, evidence will be played out and witnesses cross examined with the opportunity for delegates to join the Tribunal Board.
