Mock workplace mediation

In times of economic uncertainty, workplace mediation can be a more cost effective and quicker way to settle disputes and may prevent employment tribunal litigation. With training and support, it can also become a cost effective management skill. So, have you considered the benefits of mediation to your organisation?

We are delighted to invite you to a mock workplace mediation in conjunction with HBJ Gateley Wareing and Catalyst Mediation.

Jeremy Scuse, managing director of Catalyst Mediation, will guide you through a mock workplace mediation. Jacqueline McCluskey, employment partner at HBJ Gateley Wareing, will also provide you with a legal overview of how mediation interacts with other procedures you may currently have in your organisation.
