ASA Client, a successful distrubution company are currently seeking to recruit a temporary HR admin Assistant to help during peak period.

Responsibilities:

· Provide support to HR team in facilitation of agency recruitment, assessment, and induction to Distribution Centre
· Assist with the administration around induction of new agency workers
· Maintain the accuracy of information in HR database system and to key changes as and when necessary. (terminations, shift changes, address changes etc)
· Assist with updating company documents as and when necessary to ensure that documents comply with current legislation such as eligibility to work in the UK.
· Provide weekly reports in the following areas: incoming new hire information, weekly headcount report, absence and labour turnover
· Maintain and audit all personnel filing systems. File all personnel paperwork into personnel files in a timely manner. As directed by line manager, audit personnel files and track down missing paperwork as appropriate
· Conduct audits of engagement of temporary workers at Gourock and Glenrothes fulfilment sites
· Participate in local site FC/ HR projects

Experience/Skills:

· Experience as a Human Resources Assistant or Recruitment Co-ordinator within a large scale fast-paced Operations/Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred.
· Possess a can do/will do attitude
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and strong HR Systems knowledge preferably Peoplesoft
· Quality of work- Consistently provides the highest quality service. Completes work accurately. Pays attention to detail
· Interpersonal skills- Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal customers. Treats others with respect. Builds trust and rapport.
